The City’s description

Rezoning a portion from Suburban Residential Zone (R1) to Small Lot Residential Zone (R4); Subdivision from one (1) lot into four (4) lots; Development Variance Permit to vary the minimum width of a lot on which a double garage or carport are permitted is reduced from 13.4 metres to 13.1 metres for Lot 2; and b) the minimum width of a Type II Interior Lot is reduced from 13.4 metres to 13.1 metres for Lot 2; Development Permit for Hazard Lands (Steep Slopes) and Sensitive Ecosystems (Green Infrastructure Areas) to allow the subdivision of three single family small lots and one remnant duplex lot.
