The City’s description
Rezoning from Acreage Residential Zone (RA) to Comprehensive Development Zone (CD) and Small Lot Residential Zone (R4); Subdivision from six (6) lots into twelve (12) lots; Official Community Plan (OCP) Amendment from Mixed Employment to Commercial for portions of the site, from Mixed Employment to Multiple Residential for portions of the site, and from Suburban to Urban for the eastern portion of the site, and to increase the maximum Floor Area Ratio (FAR) above 1.50 permitted in the Multiple Residential and Commercial designations; Local Area Plan (LAP) Amendment to introduce two new land use designations: Mixed Commercial Residential and Multiple Residential, and to re designate portions of the site from Commercial/Business Park to Mixed Commercial Residential and Multiple Residential, and to modify the local road network; Detailed Development Permit for buildings 2 and 3 and General Development Permit to allow the development of a mixed use commercial and residential project consisting of 15 separate buildings within Sensitive Ecosystems (Streamside and Green Infrastructure Areas) and Hazard Lands (Steep Slope Areas).
