Rezoning from Acreage Residential Zone (RA) to Small Lot Residential Zone (R4), a portion to Compact Residential Zone (R5) and another portion to Semi-Detached Residential Zone (R6); Subdivision from one (1) lot into nine (9) lots; Development Variance Permit (a) in Section C.2. of Part 16 Small Lot Residential Zone (R4), to reduce the minimum lot width from 13.4 metres to 12.8 metres for proposed Lot 1, from 12 metres to 9.6 metres for proposed Lot 2, and from 14.0 metres to 11.4 metres for proposed Lot 3; (b) in Section C.2. of Part 17, Compact Residential Zone (R5) to reduce the minimum lot width from 14 metres to 12 metres for proposed Lot 4; (c) in Section C.2. of Part 18 Semi-detached Residential Zone (R6), to reduce the minimum lot depth from 28 metres to 25.8 metres for proposed Lot 5, and from 28.0 metres to 26.5 metres for proposed lots 6, 7, and 8; (d) to reduce the minimum lot width of the R5 zone from 12.3 metres to 10.26 metres for lot 9.
