The City’s description
Rezoning from Comprehensive Development Zone (CD) Bylaw No. 14109 to a new Comprehensive Development Zone (CD); Subdivision from one (1) lot into four (4) lots; Neighbourhood Concept Plan (NCP) Amendment to the City Centre Plan for a portion of the site from Mid to High Rise Residential to Mid to High Rise Mixed-Use; Development Variance Permit to vary the definition of bond in the Surrey Subdivision and Development Bylaw to include the use of a Surety Bond for the servicing agreement; General Development Permit and Detailed Development Permit to permit the development of a mixed-use phased development consisting of three high rise mixed-use towers, two residential high rise towers (30, 33, 40, 44 and 47-storey), and one six-storey low rise mixed-use apartment. Phase 1 consists of one high rise residential tower with a townhouse podium and one mixed-use tower with a retail podium.
