Rezoning from Acreage Residential Zone (RA) to Comprehensive Development Zone (CD) (based on Multiple Residential 45 Zone (RM-45) & Urban Residential Zone (R3); Subdivision from five (5) lots into two (2) lots; Official Community Plan (OCP) Amendment from Commercial to Multiple Residential; Neighbourhood Concept Plan (NCP) Text Amendment to permit a higher density under the Low Rise Residential - Type II designation; General and Detailed Development Permit to permit the development of a phased multiple residential development consisting of eight six-storey buildings on two development lots.
