The City’s description

Subdivision from one (1) to two (2) lots; Development Permit for Sensitive Ecosystem (Green Infrastructure Area); Development Variance Permit for (a) to reduce the minimum lot depth of the RF Zone from 28 metres to 25 metres for proposed Lot 2; and (b) to reduce the minimum front yard setback of the RF Zone from 7.5 metres to 4.5 metres to the principal building face for Lots 1 and 2 to allow subdivision into 2 single family lots.
