Rezoning from One-Acre Residential Zone (RA) to Comprehensive Development Zone (CD) (based on RM-70); Subdivision from one (1) lot to two (2) lots in order to convey the Drainage Corridor Area; OCP Amendment for a portion of the site from Mixed Employment to Multiple Residential. OCP Amendment to allow an FAR of 2.5 for the site within the Multiple Residential land use designation. OCP Amendment to amend Major Employment Areas by removing the Mixed Employment designation for the subject site; NCP Amendment to introduce a new land use designation: Mixed Use 4-6 Storeys.
