Development Variance Permit to reduce the minimum south side yard setback of the RM-30 Zone from 6.0 metres to 3.0 metres; to reduce the minimum north side yard on flanking lane setback of the RM-30 Zone from 4.5 metres to 3.0 metres to Building 9 (Unit 32); and -to permit stairs with more than three (3) risers to encroach into north side yard on flanking street setbacks for Buildings 2, 4 and 5 (Units 4, 5, 8, 10, 14) and west front yard setback for Building 1 (Unit 1).
