Rezoning from Multiple Residential 45 Zone (RM-45) to Comprehensive Development Zone (CD) (based on RM-135 and C-15); Subdivision from four (4) lots into eight (8) lots; Official Community Plan (OCP) Amendment to add the western portion of the site to Figure 16 as Downtown (3.5 FAR), and to amend Figure 16: Downtown Densities for the eastern portion of the site from 3.5 to 5.5 FAR. City Centre Plan Amendment from Low Rise to Mid Rise for the western portion of the site, and from Mid Rise to High Rise for the eastern portion of the site; General Development Permit to permit development of 5 mid-rise and 7 high-rise buildings containing 2,705 residential dwelling units (including 321 rental units) and 2,227 square metres of commercial space.
