The City’s description

Rezoning from Suburban Residential Zone (R1) to Multiple Residential 30 Zone (RM-30); Subdivision (Consolidation) from three (3) lots into one (1) lot; Development Variance Permit (a) to reduce the minimum side yard (west) setback of the RM-30 Zone for Buildings 1, 2, and 3 from 6.0 metres to 3.0 metres to the principal building face; (b) to permit that upper storey projecting wall elements on Buildings 1,2, and 3 may encroach into the required setbacks by a maximum of 0.3 metres (i.e. 2.7 metres from the west property line); and (c) to vary Part 4 General Provisions by permitting that stairs with four (4) risers or less, as measured from existing grade, may encroach into the required setbacks; Development Permit to allow the development of 34 townhouse units.
