The City’s description

Rezoning from Acreage Residential Zone (RA) to Comprehensive Development Zone (CD) (based on (Neighbourhood Commercial Zone); Development Variance Permit (a) in Section D, Table D.1 of Part 5 Off-Street Parking and Loading/Unloading, reduce the minimum number of required parking spaces from 12 to 9; and b) in Section D.2 of Part 5 Off-Street Parking and Loading/Unloading, the maximum percentage of shared parking spaces for alternate hours of use is increased from 25% to 100% for childcare and assembly hall uses; Development Permit of a new childcare facility for up to 46 children.
