Rezoning from Acreage Residential Zone (RA) to Urban Residential Zone (R3) and Small Lot Residential Zone (R4); Subdivision from one (1) lot into four (4) lots; Neighbourhood Concept Plan (NCP) Amendment to West Newton / Highway 10 from Suburban Transition Lots and Buffer / Greenways to Small Lot (10 UPA) and Buffer / Greenways; Development Variance Permit (a) to reduce the street side yard setback from 3.6 m to 2.4 m; and (b) to vary the minimum lot width to allow side-by-side garages is reduced from 13.2 m to 12.6 m, in order to subdivide from one (1) lot into four (4) residential lots.
