The City’s description

Rezoning from Suburban Residential Zone (R1) and Acreage Residential Zone (RA) to Multiple Residential 15 Zone (RM-15); Subdivision (Consolidation) from three (3) lots into one (1) lot; Official Community Plan (OCP) Amendment from Suburban to Urban, and to remove the property from Figure 5: Suburban Density Exception Area; Development Variance Permit (a) to reduce the minimum front yard (north) setback of the RM-15 Zone for Buildings 1, 11, and 12 from 7.5 metres to 5.0 metres; (b) to reduce the minimum side yard (west) setback of the RM-15 Zone for Buildings 7, 8, 9 and 10 from 7.5 metres to 5.0 metres; and (c) to increase the minimum south yard setback of the RM-15 Zone for Buildings 4, 5 and 6 from 7.5 metres to 10.0 metres; Development Permit to permit the development of 89 townhouse units.
