Rezoning from Business Park 1 Zone (IB-1) and Intensive Agriculture Zone (A-2) to Business Park 1 Zone (IB-1); Development Variance Permit (a) in Section F. Yards and Setbacks of Part 47A Business Park 1 Zone (IB-1), reduce the minimum west (side) yard setback from 3.6 metres to 0.0 metres to the accessory building; (b) in Section F. Yards and Setbacks of Part 47A Business Park 1 Zone (IB-1), reduce the minimum south (rear) yard setback from 7.5 metres to 0.0 metres to the accessory building; (c) in Section G. Height of Buildings of Part 47A Business Park 1 Zone (IB-1), increase the maximum principal building height from 14.0 metres to 22.0 metres; and (d) in Section G. Height of Buildings of Part 47A Business Park 1 Zone (IB-1), increase the maximum accessory building height from 6.0 metres to 8.0 metres; Development Permit to allow for extension of an existing cold storage facility and construction of a new maintenance building.
