Rezoning from Acreage Residential Zone (RA) to Comprehensive Development Zone (CD) (based on Multiple Residential 45 Zone (RM-45) and Community Commercial Zone (C-8); Official Community Plan (OCP) Amendment from Urban to Multiple Residential, and to increase the maximum floor area ratio (FAR) from 1.5 to 1.65 in the Multiple Residential designation of the site; Neighbourhood Concept Plan (NCP) Amendment to the West Newtown/Highway 10 plan to allow for mixed-use residential and commercial within the Proposed Local Commercial designation; Housing Agreement and Development Permit to permit the development of two five-storey market rental apartment buildings with ground floor commercial and child care space within Sensitive Ecosystems (Streamside Areas).
