Detailed Development Permit for Form & Character; and a Development Variance Permit to reduce parking stalls to one (1) stall for twenty-three (23) townhouse units, reduce visitor parking from 0.2 to 0.15 stalls per unit, reduce setbacks along townhouse lot, to reduce parking rates for the apartment to 1.075 residential stalls per unit to allow the construction of 224 townhouse units and two (2) six-storey apartment buildings with 220 units and 95 units over two levels of underground parking.
