Official Community Plan Amendment from Low-Rise I to Mid-Rise I; Rezoning from RA (Acreage Residential Zone) to MR8 (Mid-Rise Apartment Zone); Development Variance Permit to vary Section F. "Yards and Setbacks" of Part 25 Mid-Rise Apartment Zone (MR8), reduce the minimum street side yard setback from 5.5 metres to 2.0 metres to principal building face; and in Section J.3 "Special Regulations" of Part 25 Mid-Rise Apartment Zone (MR8), reduce the minimum balcony size from 5% of the dwelling unit size or 4.6 square metres, whichever is greater, to a minimum of 0.0 square metres for all dwelling units and Consolidation from two (2) lots to one (1) lot; Housing Agreement for non-market rental; Development Permit for Form & Character, Sensitive Ecosystem Development Permit (Streamside Area) & Hazard Lands (Steep Slope) to permit a twelve (12) storey Mass Timber Building with 13,077 sq. m of non-market rentals.
